Payment

Full credit card payment is required for two or three night reservations at the time of confirmation.

If reservations for 2 or 3 nights are cancelled 30 days or more of reservation date, your deposit will be returned less $30.00. No refund of deposit will be given for cancellations within 30 days of check-in date unless those reservation dates can be filled. Your deposit would then be refunded less $30.00.

If you have reservations totaling four nights or more, no refund of deposit will be given if those reservation dates can't be filled. If your reservation dates that are cancelled can be filled, your deposit will be refunded less $30.00.

No additional, different or change of guest is allowed after a reservation is made without approval and extra fees should be expected.

Parking

Free parking is available for one vehicle per rental. Free day and overnight on-street parking is available less than 1 block away on King St.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on the property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of reservations, a $250.00 credit card cleaning fee and full payment of the remaining reservation period.

Pets

We love animals however we do have a No Pets policy for our guests and their visitors.
